Nursing Staff
Our nursing staff consists of Certified Medical Assistants, and Licensed
Practical Nurses. Each nurse has had additional, hands on specialized
Urological education. They are highly capable of assisting the urologist
in treating you.
Incontinence Nurses
We have two specialized incontinence nurses who are licensed Practical
Nurses with Certification in incontinence Urodynamic and Biofeedback.
These nurses assist the urologists with preoperative and postoperative
education and care.
Nurse Practitioner
Our Nurse Practitioners are Registered Nurses who hold a Masters Degree
in Nursing. They are Board Certified in the specialty of urology.
Physical Therapist
We have a licensed
physical therapist who specializes in the treatment of men and women with
pelvic floor dysfunctions including urinary and fecal incontinence and
pelvic pain conditions. Sessions with our therapist are private appointments
that are scheduled on a weekly basis.
Radiologic Technologist
Many of our patients need X-rays. We provide this service in our office,
often times during your first visit. We a full time technologist on staff.
The technologist also assists the physicians with procedures and other
duties.
Triage Nurse
Our Triage Nurses are Certified Medical Assistants, and Licensed Practical
Nurses. They are available to answer any questions you may have. Our Triage
Nurse will also assess if you need to be seen immediately or at a later
date.
